We double-fry our chicken, making it extra crispy while keeping the meat juicy and tender. Afterwards we coat it with our signature, flavorful sauces like Korean Sweet Chili or Soy Garlic BBQ.

Our freshly-made Korean fried chicken takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare, as we double-fry it for extra crispiness. During peak hours or large orders, wait times may be longer, but you will automatically receive a text once it is ready for pick-up. For delivery, estimated times will be provided on the app.

Nope. We are primarily a casual dining spot, but we do have indoor seating inside the Food Bazaar Supermarket.

Our last call is typically 30 minutes before closing to ensure we have enough time to prepare your food. However, this may vary depending on location, holidays, and order volume.

Our boneless chicken is made from thigh meat, which is juicier and more flavorful. While our chicken tenders are made from whole strips of white breast meat, offering a leaner and firmer texture.

We offer a variety of flavors like our signature Korean Sweet Chili, Soy Garlic BBQ, Korean Jalapeño Mayo, and Honey Butter Seasoning as well as fan favorite flavors like — Hot Buffalo, Cajun Garlic Seasoning, Texas BBQ, Ranch, Spicy Ranch, Honey Mustard, and Blue Cheese!

Yes, all of our signature sauces are made in-house using authentic Korean ingredients.

Our most popular sides include: Cheeseballs — Chewy mochi cheeseballs stuffed with gooey mozzarella cheese; Honey Butter Fries — Crispy fries tossed in our signature, sweet honey butter seasoning; and our Beef & Veggie Dumplings — A flavorful mix of seasoned ground beef, cabbage, carrots, green onions, and garlic, wrapped in a crispy, golden-brown shell.

Unfortunately, you cannot select specific pieces of chicken at this time as we marinate and pre-weigh each batch of chicken to provide a filling meal. However, we do our best to include a balanced mix — especially for our bone-in Whole Chicken.

We use high-quality Soybean Oil that is changed regularly for freshness and crispiness.

At the moment, we do not have any gluten-free options as our classic crispy chicken does contain wheat flour.

While our specialty is fried chicken, we do offer vegetarian sides like kimchi dumplings, fries, and salad.

No, our sauces do not contain any nuts. However some sauces may contain wheat, soy, and dairy products. If you have allergies, please let us know when ordering.

Yes! The chicken brand we use to fry is halal certified under the Halal Food Council USA.

Yes we do! We fry and coat our chicken separately from menu items that are not halal.

While we strive to accommodate different dietary needs, please be aware that our Beef & Veggie Dumplings, Kimchi Dumplings, and Kimchi Fried Rice are NOT halal at this time.

Yes! Stop by at one of our stores to place an order or call ahead for an easier pick-up experience.

Yes. We do have a coupe of tables and chairs for you and a small group to sit at inside Food Bazaar Supermarket, where we are located in.

While we do not directly deliver ourselves, we partner with delivery apps like UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub to help us.

Of course! You can use partner delivery apps like UberEats, DoorDash, or Grubhub or order directly from our website by selecting the correct restaurant location.

The typical delivery radius for partner delivery services is a range from 5-7 miles.

Yes. Do keep in mind we partner with DoorDash to help us deliver if you’ve placed an order on our website. The fee is $3.00.

Absolutely! We order party-sized portions. Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance.

You can schedule an order 14 days in advance either on our website for delivery or by giving us a call for an in-store pickup.

At Rokstar Chicken, we are committed to serving quality Korean fried chicken and ensuring that every customer has a satisfying experience. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. However, we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances:

• Change of mind after the food has been prepared or delivered

• Orders with complaints submitted beyond 48 hours after receipt

• Items consumed in full, unless there is a verified quality issue

NOTE: Orders placed with partner delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, HungryPanda, and Fantuan) as they have policies that do not allow us to directly issue refunds on their behalf since the payment was placed using their platform. Please refer to them to process your refund instead.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • Ordered In-Store or through our Website
    • Received an Incorrect Order
    • Food Quality Concerns
    • Non-Delivery* (only if ordered through our website)
    • Canceled Orders* If the order was canceled before we started making it, we can issue a full refund. Please call us ASAP to address any issues.

Please Note: If canceled via a third-party partner (UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Fantuan, HungryPanda), your order will be fully refunded by the service provider.

When contacting us, please provide: Your order number, name, and phone number. Giving any details (picture evidence) will be helpful as well.

Refund Process Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 1-3 business days to process. For cash payments, refunds must be collected in person at the restaurant, same day as the order placed.

In lieu of a refund, we can also offer: A replacement meal (must be picked up the same day), OR issue a store-credit for future use (valid only 90 days after it’s been issued).
